How we can assist you;
DROP OFF (appointment not required) place in outside monitored drop box or reception.
Please ensure your records are placed in a sealed package with your name, telephone and email. Should you wish to discuss any details regarding your records prior to us starting your file, please let us know, and we will contact you via email or telephone
Should you have access to email, a scanner, or fax machine, you can send your tax slips directly to us. Slips can be obtained on-line as well. Touch base to discuss
As your authorized representative, tax slips can be obtained by us directly from your CRA on-line account. Slips/eligible credits not found on-line can be verbally or electronically provided to us Filing signatures can be obtained electronically to submit to CRA.

On scheduled dates the local courier will pick-up and will drop off your tax records, right from your doorstep. Contact us to discuss.

Regarding Covid-19 and steps we are taking to assist and protect our clients and team members that serve you. For all of our protection we are following the Health Authority and WCB regarding social distancing instructions as well as the following;
All files can be electronically attended to. Signed pages can be scanned back by email, fax or by E-Sign. Your account for services can be settled by credit card over the phone or by e-transfer (please use e-transfer password: tax2021).
Should you be required to walk in and sign to provide an ETA so that we can have your files ready for you.
We also ask that should you attend the office while we are engaging another client, that you refrain from entering until the other client has left and allow us a few minutes in between to conduct our sanitization process.
We encourage you to contact us should you require special arrangements. We will have a solution and we will make sure you are looked after.
- No face-to-face meetings with anyone who has been outside of Canada in the last 14 days.
- No face to face meetings with anyone that is experiencing cold and flu like symptoms.
- We do have a sanitization process in between clients entering and exiting the premises.
- Mask are mandatory when entering and exiting the premises.
- We ask that if you are here to sign your return, that you respect distance and sign the pages as laid out and exit with your package.
- We ask that you limit verbal communications, questions can be asked over the phone or by email.
If you have not already settled your account, we use a sanitization process on counter, POS etc. in between clients.
